RevTech® Complete Drivetrain Kits
for Softail Models from 1989 thru 1999

Custom Chrome has taken the guess work out of the parts needed for a complete drivetrain for softail models, and made it more reliable and user friendly at the same time. The kits include everthing from the engine to transmission and all hardware needed in-between, along with an update RevTech® chain drive primary kit contains a 66-tooth ring gear with a 9-tooth starter pinion gear to increased starter motor torque, while maintain a high primary ratio using a 25-tooth compensator sprocket and a 36-tooth clutch shell sprocket for easier starting. Only the finest parts have been Selected for maximum reliability and performance, making it an easy proposition for replacing an existing drivetrain or for custom application.

Each kit includes: a ReveTech® chain drive primary kit with Kevlar® clutch, polished or black powder coated high-torque starter, jackshaft, heavy duty alternator rotor, stator, all mounting hardware, seals, bushings, and gaskets. They do not include the rectifier/regulator.

Rev Tech® Complete 3" Belt Open Primary
Drivetrain Kit for Softail® Models

Only the finest grand name parts have been selected for maximum reliability and performance, making it an easy proposition for replacing an existing drivetrain or for a custom build. Each kit include a 110" RevTech® engine, a 6-speed overdrive RevTech® transmission, a ReveTech® 3" belt open primary drive kit, a Motor Factory® 1.4kw high torque chrome starter with alifetime warranty on the starter clutch, starter jackshaft, and a heavy-duty alternator rotor and stator. Does not include the rectifier/regulator. Kits fit all Softail® models from 1990 thru 1999.

These new drivetrain kits now include our latest RevTech® engines and 6-speed overdrive transmissions, and an updated ReveTech® chain drive primary kit. This primary kit contrains a 66-tooth ring gear with a 9-tooth starter pinion gear to increased starter motor torque, while maintaining a higher primary ratio using a 25-tooth compensator sprocket and a 36-tooth clutch shell sprocket for easier starting. We have also included RevTech® Kevlar®® clutches, polished or black powder-coated high torque starters, jackshaft, heavy duty alternator rotor, stator, all mounting hardware, seals, bushings, and gaskets (rectifier/regulator not included). EPA and CARB legal for use in all 50 states (e.O. #M-073-001).

Custom Chrome® now offers a drivetrain kit for use in frames intended for Evolution® engines for those wide tire applications that require a right side drive transmissions. This drivetrain package includes a Polished RevTech® 110" engine, BDL Top Fuel Belt Drive (TF2000), Motor Factory® 1.4kw starter, 32 amp alternator rotor and stator, RSD6 right side drive transmission with hydraulic clutch cover, and all necessary hardware.
