Note: Fuel injected V124 engines for 95-98 models come complete with a Magnetic Marelli® style S&S® Variable Fuel Injection (VFI) modudle, single bore induction with a teardrop air cleaner and the S&S® closed loop sensor kit. Engines can easily be upgraded to S&S® single bore tued induction with a simple bolt-on induction kit.

  • 91" engines have 3-5/8" stroke with a 4" bore. Cylinder length is stock so engine fits     in all frames with little or no modification. Compression ratio is 9.5:1
  • 100" engine has 4" stroke with a 4" bore. Cylinder length is .260" taller than stock.     The 100" engine will generally fit in stock frames with no modification. Compression     ratio is 10.3:1
  • Crankcases have 86-90 (4 speed) style cam geometry, 91 Up (5 speed) style drive     side and are available only in natural aluminum finish. Primary components,     charging system, ignition system, oil pump and transmission components are not     included

  • These engines feature the new S&S® single      fuel injection throttle body
  • This throttle body allows the Harley Davidson     *Screamin' Eagle* EFI Race Tuner kit or any     of a number of aftrmarket fuel injection     
    modules to be used.
  • Throttle body has the same fore diameter as     the Super G carburetor, so it provides ample     air aflow for a high performance 124 cubic     inch engine.
  • The throttel body and manifold both come in     the same burnished aluminum finish as the     Super G Carbs.
  • Engines for 91-05 Dyna and 99-06 FLH     models require S&S® oil line installation kit for proper oil line connection

  • They started with the super strong S&S® Twin Cam style crankcases which feature     extra section thickness in key stress areas and a Timken® style sprocket shaft     bearing for superior strength and load capacity.
  • Includes S&S®'s legendary flywheels, connecting rods, 640 lift     gear drive cams, S&S 4-1/8" bore cylinders and pistons, S&S     cylinder heads, rocker arms, rocker covers, new S&S Twin     cam style oil pump and tappets, electric compression releases     and either on S&S Super G Carburetor or S&S VFI Fuel     injection system.
  • Engines for carbureted models all come with the S&S Super G     Carburetor with the slotted "Desperado" air cleaner cover.
  • The S&S Intelligent Spark Technology (IST) ignition system     can be purchased with carbureted S&S Twin Cam style engines.
  • The IST Guardian "freak in new limit feature is activated on IST modules sold with     complete S&S® engines
  • This feature protects the new engine from premature failure with a lower new limit     during break in
  • Engines equipped with the IST ignition are covered by an extended 2 year     manufacturer's warranty
  • IST equipped engines are available for 99-03 models, while engines without the     1ST ignition can be used in 99-up motorcycles.

S&S Complete T124V Engines
FOR 84-99 Chassis
   • S&S Twin Cam style engines are available with 2 different motor mount styles
  • The first type has the stock Twin Cam style rear motor mount. This style is for replacement use in an existing Harley Davidson® chassis
  • The second type has an Evolution style rear motor mount and can be installed in any stock or aftermarket Evolution style chassis.
  • This engine allows owners of Evolution style bikes to upgrade to a Twin Cam
  • Includes S&S® oil filter, 4 quarts Mobil 1 motor oil, and spark plugs.
